Director General's mailbox

Before sending emails, please read the following notes carefully:

  • To ensure the security of your email and to guarantee that you receive a response from the Fire Department Director's email, the system will automatically send you a "confirmation letter". Please open the email and click on the attachment link. Once the email is confirmed, we will reply to you as soon as possible. If you have not received the "confirmation letter", please check your "spam folder". Any emails not confirmed by you will be rejected.
  • Regarding emails related to the same case, if there is no clear new evidence, they will be processed collectively for that specific case without further notice.
  • In response to the "Personal Information Protection Law" implemented on October 1, 2012, your information will not be provided to anyone without your permission. However, all government agencies have their statutory responsibilities and specializations, so your personal information, such as name, telephone number, home address and email address, will be forwarded to the competent authorities together with your email.
  • If you request identity confidentiality due to reported violations or consider the potential information security risks associated with email transmission, Section 2, Article 62 of the "Document Processing Manual" states: "...items classified as 'confidential' should be carried by sealed packaging". Additionally, Article 27, Section 1 of the "Administrative Yuan and Affiliated Agencies' Information Security Management Regulations" stipulates: "Confidential information and documents shall not be transmitted via email or other electronic means". Therefore, it is recommended to send such materials in written form, enclosed in packaging marked as "confidential", to the NFA at the following address: 8F., No.200, Sec. Postal Code 23143, Beixin Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City. The NFA will, according to its responsibilities, forward the package to the appropriate department.
